Full-Service (Exclusive Authorization Listing) -0- 6% of Sales Price A Full Service listing means we do everything! Your London Properties associate will put together a marketing plan, schedule open houses, promote your property to other REALTORS® using the Multiple Listing Service and our other propriety marketing tools.
Sellers Advantage -0- 2% or 4% or 6% One of our most popular listing services. Your house is marketed and shown just like a Full Service Listing but if you find a buyer it's a 2% commission, if the listing agent exclusively procures the buyer it's a 4% commission, and if any other agent brings in the buyer it's a 6% commission. Our goal is to provide you the best representation while saving you the greatest amount possible.
Commission Buy-Down Program -0- As low as 4% of Sales Price Receive the majority of the services available with our full service representation but with substantial cost savings. Simply pay a one time separate flat fee upon closing and your commission can be reduced by as much as 2%. Best of all, you are not trading dollar for dollar. Your savings can add up to $3.00 in commission for each dollar paid in advance.
Exclusive Agency Services
(Dual Marketing)
-0- 0% or 6% of Sales Price Allows you and London Properties to work simultaneously to sell your home. Your only disadvantage is the time and energy you will spend handling your own inquiries. If we find a buyer, you pay a commission; if you find a buyer, you don't.
One Party Services -0- 0% or 6% of Sales Price You remain free to sell your home yourself without obligation for a real estate commission; however, you provide us authorization to expose the property to preagreed specific individuals. We do not assist with your buyers and there is no commitment unless our party purchases your home.
Homeseller Services -0- 2 1/2% of Sales Price Pay a substantially reduced brokerage fee, yet receive the security provided by one of America's largest Real Estate companies. You provide advertising, open houses and marketing; we provide market analysis, contracts, negotiating, legal disclosures, escrow monitoring, finance counseling, and the guidance you need to safely sell your own home.
